Make yourself stress free 

Working in the education field and coaching for the last 32 years I understand the tremendous responsibility that comes with those positions.  41% of our teenagers now deal with some type of anxiety or stress.  This can manifest itself in many places as well as on athletic fields and competitive environments.  Having young people learn the tools and techniques to better deal with these situations is an invaluable skill and resource.  Sports are a wonderful way to stay in shape and be fit but it can also present many challenges along the way. There is a disproportionate amount of time spent on physical fitness and activity as compared to Mental Skill Development & Fitness.  Learning how to create a better balance and development of a strong mental skill set is something our young athletes can leverage for the rest of their lives!

Parenting for Athletes 

Parent programming is also available for parents who wish to better help and support their children in athletics.  There are a wide range of items that can be very beneficial to parents and their children.  Keeping a healthy mindset and approach is very important as it relates to their relationships with their children, coaches and other parents.   Every parent wants to enjoy their children’s athletic experiences, a few tips and strategies can go a long way to helping you share a healthy experience with your children.

Coaching options

We offer one on one or small group training sessions for athletes (teens and above).

We also offer programming for coaches who would like to develop their mental approaches; better emotional control and techniques they may use to assist their athletes.
