We select a targeted Assessment that will provide the athlete a mindset baseline of where they are currently. This includes a 1 hour debriefing session where I will work with the athlete (coach or parent) on where they currently stand and where they wish to go. We take a look at the strengths and weaknesses that come from the particular assessment.
